INDYCAR and Parkside Cards Collaborate for Thrilling New Trading Card Series Launching in 2024

As the anticipation builds for the 2024 INDYCAR season, fans are in for a treat. INDYCAR has joined forces with Parkside Cards to create an exhilarating new series of trading cards, set to launch on March 1. This three-year partnership aims to bring fans closer to the action with an array of collectibles, contests, and giveaways, elevating the race weekend experience to new heights.

The INDYCAR Collection by Parkside will be available to fans at race events, in retail stores, and online. Parkside Cards has big plans to engage fans through various initiatives, including redemption cards for autographed memorabilia and a contest offering a grand prize trip to the iconic Indy 500.

Parkside Cards is renowned for its card collections featuring the US Women’s National Soccer Team and the National Women’s Soccer League. This collaboration with INDYCAR expands their portfolio into the exciting realm of motorsports. The INDYCAR Collection Hobby boxes, retailing at $88.99 plus shipping, will contain 20 packs with eight cards in each pack, guaranteeing two autographed cards per box. For those seeking a retail experience, hanger packs will include 25 cards, with an autographed card hidden in every 18th pack.

One unique highlight of the collection is the inclusion of relic cards. These special cards feature pieces of actual brick from the prestigious Indianapolis Motor Speedway, giving fans a tangible connection to the rich history of racing. The base set consists of 162 cards, supplemented by a 72-card Marquee Moments insert set. Additional thematic inserts include Race Events, Pit Pass, and Indy NXT, providing collectors with a diverse and exciting range of options. The series offers autographs from 27 different drivers, with special Blue, Black, and 1/1 Gold parallels adding to the collectibility of the cards.

Mark Miles, President and CEO of Penske Entertainment Corp., expressed his enthusiasm for this partnership, recognizing the significance of trading cards in connecting fans with their favorite sports stars. Miles is confident that the new INDYCAR card series will offer fans a dynamic and engaging way to interact with the personalities and talents of the sport.

The pre-sales for the 2024 INDYCAR trading card boxes are already underway, building excitement ahead of the racing season’s opening in St. Petersburg, FL, on March 10. This collaboration between INDYCAR and Parkside Cards marks a thrilling development for racing enthusiasts and collectors alike. With its captivating blend of contests, autographed memorabilia, and unique collectibles, the INDYCAR trading card series promises to deliver a fresh and interactive way for fans to celebrate the adrenaline-fueled world of INDYCAR racing.
